Your Owner Portal gives you on-demand access to your financial records at any time. Log in and you'll find a clear picture of how your property is performing, with statements and reports available to view or download whenever it's convenient for you.

Monthly, your portal reflects the following activity on your behalf:

• Rent collection and processing
• Payment of maintenance vendor bills
• Payment of monthly owner-requested items
• Owner statements with direct deposit (ACH) to your bank account

At the end of each year, you'll also receive:

• Tax statements and 1099s
• An annual summary owner statement
